LIST Privacy Policy

LIST is a minimal list application published by Burly Brock. This Privacy Policy explains how LIST handles information.

INFORMATION LIST HANDLES

LIST lets you enter list items, checklist items, due dates, and reminder preferences. This information is stored locally in the app’s private storage on your device.

LIST does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your list content, personal information, or device information. LIST does not use accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud synchronisation, or remote crash-reporting services.

NOTIFICATIONS

If you enable reminders, LIST asks for permission to send notifications. Reminder content is generated and scheduled locally on your device. Depending on your device settings, list-item text may be visible in notifications on your lock screen. You can disable LIST notifications or change their visibility through your device settings.

DATA STORAGE, RETENTION, AND DELETION

Your information remains in LIST’s private storage on your device until you delete individual items, clear LIST’s app data, or uninstall LIST. LIST does not create user accounts and does not retain a server-side copy of your information. Android cloud backup is disabled for LIST.

Because no LIST account or remote copy exists, Burly Brock cannot access, recover, or delete information stored on your device. You control and delete that information through the app and your device settings.

THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING

LIST does not include advertising or analytics services and does not send data to Burly Brock or other companies. Google Play and your device operating system may independently process information when you download, update, or use platform services; their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

LIST is not designed to collect personal information from children or anyone else. No information entered into LIST is sent to Burly Brock.

SECURITY

LIST minimises privacy risk by keeping information on your device and by not requesting Internet access. Access to locally stored information is subject to the security of your device and operating system.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If LIST’s data practices change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the changed practices are introduced.
